Project started in 1992 Volodymyr Pryjmak of Arch Design Bureau and 2 other individuals. Project consisted of a 9 hole golf course, a 100 seat restaurant, and a health club.

The project would have brought much needed leisure and entertainment activities to activity-starved Crimea. Although Crimea boast a fantastic climate, beautiful landscapes, a rich history, creative architecture, a world renowned history, etc - it still lacks activities that will bring tourists to this area.
