Project started in 1995 but registration of the project did not take place until 1996. Project was started by several partners among which was Walter Prochorenko - presently of Pro-W (Ukraine) and Ivan Mostovyj who was to have secured the land for the project. Conceptually, the project consisted of two 18 hole golf courses on the Island of Olhynska, a hotel, villas, condominiums, tennis courts, health club, lakes, yacht club, etc. Project documentation and approvals lasted almost 3 years. Project was held up due to jurisdictional and environmental questions. Project was later acquired by Kyiv Country Club.
